Fremantle Fair Fashion Festival

Fremantle Fair Fashion Festival
Presented by the Western Australian Fair Trade Collective, Fremantle Fair Fashion Festival will celebrate community, culture, and craft. Join us for an afternoon experience of fair fashion alongside likeminded people united by a passion for sustainable and ethical practices and conscious design.

Learn from industry leaders and experts in a panel discussion about fair fashion practices and how we can all make a difference. Experience the interactive art exhibition centred around fair fashion, and browse Perth’s favourite ethical designers.

This will be an opportunity for Perth brands to lay their practices bare, in a mission to show their transparency and ethical journey alongside Fiona Wright, head of social enterprise The Stitching Project, all the way from India.

ART INSTALLATION E.O.I.
We are looking for talented artists to create art installations for our event Fremantle Fair Fashion Festival at the Fremantle Fibonacci Centre on the 19th May. Explore the following three themes: Community, Culture and Craftsmanship in fashion  - their meaning, importance and challenges especially in our current society. Think of your piece as a celebration of those values or as a conversation starter on those themes within fashion. Any medium and size welcome, just let us know in advance if your piece will be a large installation.

Send in your submission here.

Email admin@anjelms.com if you have any further queries.
